Our teaching, learning and behaviour change procedures are a synthesis of evidence based approaches. These include behaviour analysis, positive behaviour support and person-centred inclusion with a focus on wellbeing. We believe that when a pupil is not learning it is because we are not teaching the right way – our learners are always right.
