Job description
We are currently experiencing a period of rapid growth; our pupil cohort is increasing, and so is our staff team. We require a Recruitment Officer to join us in this fast-paced environment, to lead all operational aspects of the hiring process from working with Hiring Managers to advertise opportunities, shortlisting, interviewing, completing all pre-employment checks, and completing associated administrative tasks. You will be required to follow best practice and understand the legal requirement around recruitment and selection.

This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00. There may be some flexibility around hours which can be discussed at interview.
The successful candidate will have:
- An understanding of safer recruitment requirements
- Absolute attention to detail
- Strong IT skills and a confident user of Microsoft applications
- The ability to work under own initiative with strong organisational skills
- Experience of working in an office
