SEND Classroom Teacher (Maternity Leave September 2025 – February half-term 2026)
This role is maternity leave cover with a fixed term contract between September 2025 to February half-term 2026.
We will be hosting a tour of the School for individuals who are interested in applying for our Teacher role at 4pm on:
- Wednesday 2nd April

Salary: Main Pay Scale + 1 SEN Point
Opportunities available: EYFS all the way through to KS3
Start dates available: September 2025
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Planning, preparing and delivering learning activities to enable children and young people to enjoy learning, make progress and experience a sense of wellbeing.
- Creating a positive learning environment, reflective of the school’s culture and ethos as set out in its curriculum purpose statement.
- Leading a class team to provide outstanding teaching and learning for all children and young people.
- Assessing, recording and reporting progress for children and young people within the class.
- Preparing for and contributing to Person Centred Reviews.
- Working in partnership with parents, colleagues and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
You will be joining a friendly, enthusiastic and well qualified staff team and will find this post challenging, stimulating and rewarding. An excellent comprehensive in-service training and an induction programme will be provided by the school.
